Ingredients

  • 1 slice sprouted grain bread
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond butter peanut butter is a fine alternative
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness. Approximately 2-4 minutes

  2. Spread almond butter on toasted bread. Layer with bananas and blueberries. Sprinkle with chia seeds. Eat immediately. Enjoy!
